We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Integration Engineer to join our Photonics Platform Business Group. As a Process Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing nanotechnology process flows on various substrates, ensuring the performance, yield, and reliability of novel photonics devices including Augmented Reality displays.
Requirements
- Develop and optimize process flows, ensuring the highest level of product performance, yield, and reliability.
- Collaborate with design, process, and equipment engineers to define and implement process integration strategies and methodologies.
- Conduct thorough characterization and studies to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process flow, yield, and quality.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to optimize and improve process performance.
- Design and generate simple test macro layout.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capabilities, reduce cycle time, and increase overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement process integration roadmaps, ensuring seamless transfer of technology from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain process integration documentation, including process flows, specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and industry trends in process integration and apply knowledge to improve processes and drive innovation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing work environment.
