Planner

We are looking for sharp, analytical, and motivated professionals to join our planning team as either a Material planner or Sales & Operations planner. The planner's responsibilities is ensure seamless alignment between supply chain, production, and business objectives.

Requirements

• BSc in industrial engineering or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in planning/operational roles
• Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Very good analytical skills, sharp & fast thinking
• Customer orientation with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external interfaces
• Ability to work under pressure, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel and manage timelines & due dates independently
• Good verbal skills, ability to present and communicate key messages to management forums
• Ability to manage long-term tasks in addition to daily execution
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (advantage)
• Experience in project management (advantage)
