Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer to design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. The Process Engineer will collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and become familiar with implementing new technologies and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 0-2 years of related experience
• BS or MS Degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
• Familiar with device packaging, W2W /D2W bonding
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
