Requirements

• Design and collect data on complex process engineering experiments for multiple products
• Utilize techniques, define methods, and apply new technologies to characterize hardware and perform hardware characterization
• Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, technical reports and create process engineering specifications
• Train engineers in measurement techniques of film properties and guide them in the interpretation of the data, new methodologies, troubleshooting techniques and issue resolution
• Communicate and engage with customers to resolve a broad spectrum of complex process engineering issues
• Design and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation
• Identify, select, and partner with vendors and suppliers
• Lead functional teams or projects, as needed
