Process Engineer V

Applied Materials is seeking a Process Engineer V to lead and/or develop and execute exceptionally complex technology and engineering projects and lead research and development of new technologies as appropriate. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of significant technology contributions and be recognized as one of the limited number of technical experts in their field of expertise.

Requirements

• Drive innovative techniques to characterize hardware and define methods and new technologies
• Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on significantly complex process engineering experiments
• Train engineers, define and implement new methodologies, define and apply new technologies, and/or troubleshoot and resolve significantly complex process engineering issues
• Develop, plan and execute process engineering projects
• Interact with key customers to resolve significantly complex process engineering issues
• Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, technical reports and process engineering specifications
