Requirements
- Reporting into Obsolescence Management Group
- Owning end-to-end obsolescence product change management and control for select products/component families
- Partnering with supply chain teams to review material analysis
- Driving supplier compliance for end-of-life notifications
- Partnering with Engineering Teams and suppliers to develop alternate solutions
- Coordinating qual plans and internal quals
- Implementation of PCN (Part Change Notification)
- Coordinating customer quals with copy exact engineering support
- Manufacturing cut-in strategies
- ECO (Engineering Change Order) approval
- Managing strategic vendor issues
- Cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed division goals
- Coordinate product line or division portfolio prioritization and budget alignment
- Responsible for business process creation and continuous improvement
- Coordinate Division level business continuity planning and crisis management
- May have direct report(s)
