Requirements

• Provide technical EHS expertise to account teams, ensuring compliance with applicable government regulations and company requirements.
• Conduct routine site assessments, audits, and risk evaluations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root‐cause analyses, and follow-up action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Develop, deliver, and oversee EHS training programs across assigned sites as needed.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of EHS management systems, standards, and metrics when needed.
• Collaborate with site and regional leadership to drive safety initiatives and promote proactive hazard recognition.
• Ensure accurate reporting of EHS metrics, regulatory documentation, and compliance records.
• Assist with industrial hygiene assessments, emergency response planning, environmental monitoring, and permitting as needed.
• Guide engineering and operational teams on equipment design, process safety, and ergonomic improvements.
• Act as a liaison between corporate EHS and site teams to standardize expectations and share best practices across locations.
• Supports customer‐related safety concerns and implements targeted programs to resolve issues.
• Acts as a liaison with customers and external organizations on safety‐related matters.
