We're a global leader in materials engineering solutions, and we're looking for a Senior Director to lead our Operations and Customer Quality Program. You'll work with key customers to ensure product quality and responsiveness, and drive innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Meet customer expectations in product quality, responsiveness and services
• Interface with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and that products meet customer specifications
• Develop and strengthen the Quality organization
• Manage general business requirements, employees, and budgets
• Establish roles and responsibilities to achieve in manufacturing line and customer support
• Select, evaluate and manage employees to ensure efficient operations of the function
