Senior Manager and India Security Head

Applied Materials is seeking a Senior Manager and India Security Head to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all security programs across its India operations. The role will lead the end-to-end security program, covering physical security operations, transportation security, BCP, emergency response, crisis management, travel security, investigations, regulatory compliance, risk intelligence, and security support for manufacturing and R&D environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or intelligence roles
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing security operations for multi-site organizations
• Strong knowledge of India's security regulatory landscape, government liaison protocols, and operational environment
• Proven ability to lead crisis responses, investigations, and emergency programs
• Experience managing physical security systems, security technology platforms, and vendor ecosystems
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
