We are redefining possibility and seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to help us attract the very best talent. As a crucial member of our TA team, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, acting as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring managers and business leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Strategic sourcing and high-volume recruitment (junior to senior levels)
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools like LinkedIn and Workday, and a strong understanding of HR metrics/dashboards.
• A solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated experience across the entire talent lifecycle, including process design, assessment techniques (behavioral-based interviewing), and talent pooling.
