Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a proactive, self-sufficient Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and drive our recruitment strategy. As a crucial member of our TA team, you will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract top talent and facilitate informed, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Strategic sourcing and high-volume recruitment (junior to senior levels).
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools like LinkedIn and Workday, and a strong understanding of HR metrics/dashboards.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated experience across the entire talent lifecycle, including process design, assessment techniques (behavioral-based interviewing), and talent pooling.
