Job Description
We are looking for a Software (Technical) Support Engineer to increase the Team in Bengaluru, India. The ideal candidate will have experience with virtual machine support, system software troubleshooting, and software test & validation. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system software issues, providing technical support to customers, and assisting in the analysis of customer OS performance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Automation Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in software technical support or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English language
