Job Description
We're a global leader in materials engineering solutions and are seeking a Software (Technical) Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a Software (Technical) Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for resolving internal and external application and systems issues, creating installation/upgrade instructions, and providing customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering
- 0-2 years of experience and demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline
