Requirements

• Leads thin film/coating development and designs process DOEs to get the coating and materials property to meet requirements.
• Leads thin film/coating, and materials characterizations.
• Responsible to thin film/coating defects control.
• Work with variety teams to do quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and correction action.
• Identifies and drives broad based systemic supplier resolutions at the process level.
