Job Description
The Strategic Sourcing Manager (B3) â Labor & Services is a generalist strategic sourcing role responsible for executing sourcing initiatives across a broad portfolio of Labor, Services, and Professional Services categories.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or services sourcing.
- Demonstrated experience leading RFx processes and managing multiple sourcing initiatives in parallel.
- Working knowledge of project or program management fundamentals (planning, tracking, stakeholder coordination).
- Strong execution discipline, organization, and communication skills.
- Preferred: Exposure to extended workforce, professional services, consulting, recruitment, managed services, or BPO sourcing.
