As a Systems Engineer at Applied Materials, you will design and develop complex components, modules, and sub systems for cutting-edge equipment used in the production of display and semiconductor chips. You will work in a supportive team environment, pushing the boundaries of materials science and engineering to create next generation technology.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include defining and designing complex components, coordinating with project marketing and management, leading architecture brainstorming meetings, conducting detailed engineering analysis, and troubleshooting difficult engineering problems.
This role requires a strong background in mechanical and electrical design, with experience in complex capital equipment development, validation, and release to mass production.
