The Technical Facilities Manager will oversee the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of building infrastructure and critical facility systems. Responsibilities include technical operations & maintenance, regulatory & safety compliance, project management, vendor & contract oversight, energy management & sustainability, emergency response & reliability, leadership & training, and workplace & soft services management.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in facilities engineering, technical operations, or critical infrastructure management
- Semiconductor, industrial, R&D, or high-tech facility experience strongly preferred
