Technical Product Engineer - DDP at Applied Materials. Responsible for technical support, customer escalation, and documentation. Must have knowledge of materials engineering and be able to lead small projects.
Requirements
- Responsible for all technical support related aspects at a specific customer
- Acts as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and Division
- Provides Alpha and Beta Site support
- Initiates and provides review of ECOs
- Generates and presents system performance data
- Supports GPS in the generation of documentation
- Creates and reviews documentation covering technical improvements, system upgrades, and support plans
