Technical Program Management - Sr. Manager

At Applied Materials, we are seeking a Technical Program Management Sr. Manager to drive complex, cross-organizational initiatives critical to our short and long-term objectives. The successful candidate will unify diverse stakeholders, influence outcomes without authority, and translate strategy into execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, English (or other language arts), Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business operations, product management, business management, program management, or a related corporate function (preferred)
• Strong understanding of business process design, optimization, and operational execution
• Experience partnering with GIS/IT teams on enterprise system development, implementation, or enhancement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear business and system solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives to completion
