Requirements

• Ensures that specific project and program objectives are defined
• Ensures that all projects and programs are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements
• Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented
• Assigns work to subordinate staff and provides professional development
• Conducts appraisals, feedback and handles work allocations for direct reports
• Develops policies and plans for the BU/technology group
• Identifies functional linkages across the organization and develops appropriate processes and road map
