Azure Infrastructure Support (O&M Engineer) Tech

ARS is looking for an Azure Infrastructure Support (O&M Engineer) Tech. As an Azure Infrastructure O&M Support Engineer, you will be responsible for overall administration, operations and maintenance of a classified Azure environment and all associated software.

Requirements

• Support a Linux & Windows AirGapped environment.
• Troubleshoot systems as needed, and route trouble tickets & support requests as required to Service Desk.
• Review and automate workload deployments in support of the POX Customers site specific requirements such as enabling the consumption of workloads from collateral and program read on users off the same stack.
• Design, develop, and build an automated CI/CD pipeline to deliver complex software products into a production environment.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of code into production environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and automation.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Continuously improve and optimize infrastructure and automation processes.
• Support a cloud hosted DevOps Platform inside of Azure that leverages cloud-based infrastructure such as Azure Kubernetes Service to support rapid software development.
• Lead, plan, design and implement backlog tasking (e.g. component upgrades, feature request, bug fixes).
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers to solve complex problems.
• Ensure the security controls are implemented correctly.
