Job Description
Applied Research Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a cloud and software development program. The TPM provides technical leadership, drives cross-functional collaboration, manages dependencies and risks, and ensures cloud and software solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience managing complex technical programs involving cloud infrastructure, integration, and engineering, and software development
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration abilities
