Sr. Product Manager (User Experience)

Role Overview

At Ivans, we sit at the intersection of the agencies and carriers that keep commercial insurance moving. Our goal is straightforward: make it easier for them to work together by meeting agents where they already are — inside Applied Epic. We leverage our AI-powered platform to automate the manual workflows that slow submissions down, improve the quality of what carriers receive, and ultimately help more business get written faster.

What You Will Do

Shape the Agency Experience, Champion adoption and activation, Engage directly with our users and design partners, Drive Cross-Functional Execution, Drive cross-team execution, Own and prioritize the backlog, Connect Effort to Outcomes

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years owning a customer-facing product
• A track record of delivering outcomes by bringing end-user simplicity to complex workflows
• Deep empathy for users and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences and driving adoption
• Strong user research instincts
• Strong analytical skills
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Clear, precise written communication
• Familiarity with Agile development and tools like Jira and Confluence
