We're looking for a passionate, user-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead innovation within Dayforce Recruiting. As part of our unified HCM platform, Recruiting connects seamlessly with the full employee lifecycle—from candidate to employee—enabling smarter hiring decisions, improved recruiter efficiency, and better candidate experiences at scale.
Requirements
- Deep user empathy across multiple personas (recruiters, hiring managers, candidates)
- Strong product discovery skills — comfortable using user research, experimentation, and data to inform decisions
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance product discovery, prototyping, and decision-making
- Experience applying continuous discovery frameworks to drive ongoing product improvement
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and translate them into intuitive product experiences
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS products with configurable workflows and integrations
- Proven cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success and Operations
- Strong systems thinking — able to connect recruiting to broader HCM processes (onboarding, employee data, compliance)
