Product Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to join the Dayforce Core HR team and own and evolve Dayforce’s next-generation Access Management platform. This platform defines how users access employee data and system capabilities across the Dayforce ecosystem, ensuring security, compliance, and scalability for global enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally within HCM or HR technology.
• Experience working with access management concepts such as role-based access control, permissions models, or identity systems.
• Strong understanding of how employee data flows across HR, Time, and Pay domains.
• Experience delivering products in Agile or Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
