Job description
We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to join the Dayforce Core HR team. As a Product Manager in Employee Access Services, you will own and evolve Dayforce’s next-generation Access Management platform.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Employee Access Services capabilities, including discovery, definition, prioritisation, delivery, and iteration.
This is an individual contributor role requiring strong product craft, structured thinking, and the ability to translate security, regulatory, and operational requirements into scalable, intuitive product capabilities.
