
Job description
We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to join the Core HR team. This role owns critical platform capabilities that ensure employee data is consistently structured, configured, and compliant across HR, Time, and Pay. You will lead the evolution of Dayforce’s Core HR rules engine, which governs how distributed employee data is transformed into accurate and compliant employee records across the platform.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Core HR rules engine and assigned Core HR experiences, including discovery, definition, prioritisation, delivery, and iteration. Define and maintain a clear roadmap aligned to platform strategy and customer outcomes.
This is an individual contributor role requiring strong product craft, structured thinking, and the ability to translate regulatory and operational complexity into scalable, intuitive product capabilities.
