Sr SRE Engineer

Role Overview

Join our Cloud Engineering team as a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure, enabling us to deliver best-in-class services to our customers. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in transforming the insurance industry with innovative software and services.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and maintain hybrid infrastructure environments, including on-premises systems and public cloud platforms. Provide expertise in Windows and Linux system administration, ensure cross-platform reliability and performance, and collaborate with development and platform teams to design scalable, reliable systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Ansible Tower (AWX) for configuration management and automation
• Strong foundation in on-premises infrastructure, including F5 LTM load balancers, server/storage systems, and networking
• Experience with VMWare for managing virtualized environments
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), including traffic management solutions
• Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and related technologies
• Experience with HashiCorp Consul for service discovery and dynamic configuration
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Bash, and PowerShell
• Expertise in Windows and Linux system administration
• Advanced knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform, including Terraform CDK with TypeScript, Packer, and HCL
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog) and security solutions (HashiCorp Vault, Cloud Armor)
• Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL for database management
• Kubernetes expertise, including Helm charts and ArgoCD for application deployment and orchestration
