Project Engineer – CAE Crash ( (Japanese speaker)

The company is seeking a Project Engineer – CAE Crash to join their Body Performance team, specializing in CAE crash simulation and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
• Proven experience in a similar position focused on passive safety simulation
• Strong expertise in LS-DYNA or other CAE simulation tools
• Proficiency in CAE pre/post-processing software: ANSA/META
• Working knowledge of Nastran and/or Abaqus is advantageous
• Knowledge of crashworthiness and passive safety principles
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex simulation data
• Experience with FE model creation and management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset
• Dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated
• High level of initiative and problem-solving capability
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
