Business Development Manager

ApplyBoard is a hyper-growth organization that connects international students, recruitment partners, and educational institutions on a platform to simplify the study abroad search, application, and acceptance process. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing a portfolio of recruitment partners, increasing international student enrollment, and expanding ApplyBoard's international presence.

Requirements

• 2-3 years managing recruitment or enterprise accounts, ideally within the international education sector
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Education) is preferred
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an asset
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse stakeholders, from students to educational agents, with clear and persuasive communication
