Requirements

• 8-12+ years in full-stack development
• At least 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity
• Proven track record of implementing AI design tools and workflow automation
• Deep expertise in modern frameworks and backend languages
• Expert-level knowledge of design systems, design tokens, and CSS frameworks
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms and deployment workflows
• Solid understanding of backend development, API design, and database management
• Proficiency with authentication mechanisms and security best practices
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and design system management
