Product Team Lead (m/f/d)

Manage and lead a team of developers and product owners to deliver high-quality products, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in IT project management, including direct customer contact and team leadership
• Proven experience in budget planning, project management, and project delivery
• Strong technical skills and ability to communicate with developers
• Leadership skills and ability to build and enable high-performing teams
• Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in German (C2 level) and English (B2 level)
