Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our high-performing team in Ho Chi Minh City. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will guide customers through their growth journey—maximizing the value of the AppsFlyer platform, aligning on business goals, and delivering measurable impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related strategic client-facing roles within SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech
- Native Vietnamese and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on storytelling, value articulation, and business impact
- Strong technical aptitude with an ability to engage in discussions around APIs, SDKs, deep linking, and data integration
- High degree of self-discipline, accountability, and attention to detail, excellent collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional, multicultural teams
