Solutions Architect in Drug Development

Role Overview

Join our team as an experienced Solution Architect to design smart, effective solutions for pharma clients. Work closely with sales, technology, and delivery teams to help clients reach their goals through data, AI, and automation.

What You Will Do

Act as main technical contact for pharma clients, lead pre-sales activities, own solution architecture for key accounts, build custom tools and automation scripts, and guide clients through regulatory submission process.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on skills in R (Shiny, Tidyverse, reporting tools) and SAS (Base, Macro, Graph)
• Experience building internal tools and automations that improve speed and quality of work
• Deep knowledge of clinical data workflows and submission requirements (ISS/ISE, CDISC standards)
• Background in both pre-sales (scoping, proposals) and delivery leadership (technical guidance, architecture)
• Good understanding of AI solutions and how to implement them in the Client's software solutions landscape
• Excellent communication skills - able to work with both business and technical teams
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, global environment
