Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Analyst - FP&A(Financial Planning & Analysis) to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics, working closely with GTM leaders to deliver business insights and drive financial performance.
Requirements
- Partner with GTM leaders to provide financial support, performance analysis, and strategic insights.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes; ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting performance trends and risks.
- Conduct variance analysis and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives.
- Manage financial data integrity, reporting accuracy, and analytics across multiple systems.
- Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes, reporting automation, and adoption of FP&A tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic projects.
