Requirements
- Certified professional in Psychology, Coaching, Mindfulness, Holistic Therapies, Yoga, or related fields.
- Proven experience facilitating personal development processes, emotional intelligence, meditation, mindfulness, and focused attention.
- Solid knowledge in positive psychology, well-being neuroscience, meditation, and emotional regulation techniques.
- Teaching or group facilitation experience (desirable).
- Experience with e-learning platforms and digital tools.
- Skills in video content production and editing (desirable).
- Excellent communication, empathy, and pedagogy skills.
