Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management roles
- 3+ years of experience working with Contact Centers / Sales teams
- Experience creating AI products or products enhanced by AI
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Deep understanding on experimentation
- Data driven mindset
- Attention to detail
- Direct experience working with AI Agents is a plus
