Job Description
Aprende Institute is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to join their team in Colombia. The position focuses on lead generation through paid digital campaigns in the US Hispanic market.
Requirements
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
- Execute campaigns on TikTok Ads and other social platforms
- Define and manage budgets to meet CPL, CPA, and ROAS goals
- Analyze KPIs, create reports, and generate insights for optimization
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design effective resources
- Identify new audiences, trends, and growth opportunities
