This role involves setting up and maintaining payroll databases, collecting and entering employee hours, and processing payroll accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Set up and maintain payroll databases for assigned clients
- Collect and enter employee hours, new hire data, and changes
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Research and apply federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements
- Review garnishment orders and update employee records
- Assist clients with onboarding systems and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain internal records of client interactions and technical issues
