Job Description
Join Aprio's Assurance team and work with a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm. The Assurance Operations Manager will drive user adoption of assurance technologies, lead process documentation and training initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in audit or assurance
- Experience with assurance technologies such as DataSnipper, CCH Workflow, ProSystem fx Engagement, Laurel, and CaseWare
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
