Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, plan, and lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Requirements
- Significant experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation
- Mastery of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL best practices and ITSM processes
- Technical skills in system integration (APIs, web services, SSO, etc.)
- Solid experience in designing workflows, automations, and scripts ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide, etc.)
- Ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
- Proficiency in French in writing and speaking; English proficiency is a plus
