Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Commis 1 or similar role, preferably in Continental cuisine.
• Culinary Diploma or equivalent
• Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
