Apt Resources is looking for an Experienced Restaurant Captain to join the team at a trendy Western restaurant renowned for its modern European cuisine.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar role, preferably in trendy Western or European dining establishments
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service, with a strong understanding of wine pairings
• Outstanding leadership and team-building skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a vibrant personality
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Hospitality or restaurant management degree is a plus
