The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and coordination regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs at a prestigious Luxury Classic Auto Studio in Dubai.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in automotive technology or business is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor in an automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, particularly in classic vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for classic cars and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
