Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Queretaro, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely and efficient processing of vendor invoices and payment of invoices, as well as other tasks such as reconciliations and vendor inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Administration
- 2-3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst
- Accounting procedures and SAP Transaction Codes (MIRO, FBL1N, F-47, FV60)
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- Journal Entries, debits/Credits, general ledger details, and travel expenses management
- Fluency in Spanish and English
