Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Supply Analyst and contribute to increasing client satisfaction and portfolio growth. Provide customer service, manage and coordinate aspects of assigned accounts, and work closely with various teams to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)
- 3+ years in Customer Service (preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment)
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook, Excel intermediate level, and PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, team player, and proficient in English verbal and written communication
