Intern

We are seeking an Intern to assist with various projects and tasks in our manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include evaluating data, writing procedures, performing testing, and leading special projects. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or similar degree, comfort working in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Report any near misses, spills, first aids or injuries immediately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Evaluate data from production, research, and experiments and put into presentable format for customers
• Write procedures for new processes as well as revising and writing new procedures for existing processes
• Perform testing on products for existing and potential customers
• Supports the creation of One Point Lessons for training team members
• Lead special projects to support and promote quality, productivity and safety
• Optimize the quality system for Aptar CSP Technologies in the areas of data retrieval, data storage, raw material handling and storage
• Work in a fast-paced setting
• Deal with complex issues
• Lift 30 pounds
• Create a positive work environment through living out the Aptar Core Values and Rules of leadership
