Job Description
Aptar is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a diverse team of office staff and warehouse personnel in the operation and service activities of the warehouse, safety, receiving, shipping, order fulfillment and inventory control.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED, College Degree preferred
- Team lead experience in warehousing, distribution and/or inventory control required
- Ability to be certified on powered industrial equipment
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong teamwork and highly motivated mentality, high energy level, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
