Job Description
Lead critical initiatives on regulatory compliance to strengthen the Bank's risk governance framework, and develop and implement processes to improve oversight of the Bank's comprehensive risk landscape.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, law, or a related field
- ECF certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise risk management, risk governance, consultancy, or regulatory roles within the banking sector in Hong Kong
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong banking regulations related to risk management and familiarity with HKMA SPMs
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable to changing circumstances, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
