Engineering Team Manager - Infotainment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or related field
• 8–12 years in automotive infotainment software development, with at least 3+ years leading engineering teams
• Strong understanding of Android Automotive OS, QNX/Linux, or connected infotainment platforms
• Experience with projection (CarPlay, Android Auto), vehicle HAL/connectivity/audio engineering, system services, native middleware, and frameworks
• Familiarity with Qualcomm automotive platforms (SA8155/SA8295/SA6145) or equivalent SoCs, automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP), DevOps, CI/CD, and build tools (Jenkins, Git, AOSP/Yocto build)
• Awareness of ISO 26262 (safety), ISO/SAE 21434 (cybersecurity), and ASPICE maturity practices
